All About the Minimony

Each couple will have a custom timeline for their vow ceremony. After arrival you will start with our beauty services (please note that some services may not be available due to the guidelines and phased reopening plan), followed by your vow ceremony followed by your first dance, champagne toast with your virtual guests and cake cutting. Then you will end your time with a private session with our creative professionals for portraits and video and a quick bite to eat.


Sweet Petite Celebrations is an exclusive curated wedding experience and we want to get to know you and your beloved. It is very important to us that you feel the focus and attention of our team.

Each couple will receive a beautifully styled ceremony site, floral insulation, bouquet and/or boutonniere, beauty services (within the CDC guidelines), Customized ceremony with officiant, Ceremony music, private photography and videography session. 45 edited images, a 2 minute highlight film and full ceremony film, live streaming link for guests, champagne toast, first dance, mini cake and cake cutting and a quick bite to eat.

At this time we are only offering in person services for couples. Gatherings over 10 people are currently not allowed.  Your guests will be given a simple link to use to watch your ceremony from the comfort of their home. We also have an amazing digital guest book so you can view messages from them. We are monitoring the CDC and State Guidelines daily as soon as larger gatherings are permitted we will be offering additional services to include guests and food. 
Our team can serve at witness's or give us a call when you book to see where things are in the current climate and if it will be allowed by your date.

Yes, we have an officiant who will legally marry you! YIPPIE for all of our couples who book, we will be sending you an itemized to do list with everything that you need to do prior to your date. 

We are able to keep these packages as low as possible due in part to our amazing vendors. Some venues have higher operating costs and therefore will have a different overall package cost. Our sunset time slot is a very exclusive and highly sought time slot due to the dreamy light and will come with a slighter higher increase in cost.

Books will close two weeks prior to the date.  We need to make sure all the personal items for you will arrive in time!


We know that you have already been through so much stress around your day. You can cancel with 100% money back up to 4 weeks before your date. After the 4 week mark, there will be a reduction in the amount returned. Should our team be unable to perform the services due to COVID-19, we will return your full payment. 

We will be hosted by Sablewood, Albany Renaissance Hotel, Saratoga National, and Lucas Confectionery. Check out our venue page to preview more and sign up for our mailing list so you can stay up to date with our release dates and new venues.


We will be releasing dates in the next few weeks. Make sure to complete the couples application and sign up for our email list to be the first to know. Dates will go quickly! 

Absolutely 100% YES!, While our styled weddings are available on a select number of dates, we are more than happy to create a custom package for you on your original date. This could be done at your home or at a different venue. Please note that additional costs will occur. 

Each venue has different operating costs and staffing needs as well as it's own customized experience. This can affect the hard costs we must consider. If you are looking to book a sunset time slot there is an increased rate due to the overwhelming demand for this particular time.  

Planning Your Perfect Moment

Once you complete your application a member of our team will call you to work out the details and help you select the best time slot for you.  After your confirmed we will send you a welcome packet with everything you need to know as well as some tips and tricks from each team member.

We will monitor the weather closely and should we look to have inclement weather, we will of course have backup and rain options.

Our team of experts covers the entire scope of all the wedding vendors you need and will provide superb service. If there is a specific vendor you would like to discuss send us a email and we can review. Please not that would not change the package price.

Day-Of Logistics

No. While we will have some overlap of couples in various parts of the process, your ceremony will be the only one.

We have a process for you to call ahead when you plan on arriving.  Timeliness is very important as we need to maintain CDC guidelines of gatherings of no more than 10.  If you do manage to arrive early we will instruct you as of where to wait. 

First of all, don’t be late! As we have a limited number of openings, keeping the day timely is very important. Should you arrive late, some services may not be available. You will not receive a refund for any of the services that was not received due to your tardiness. We must be respectful to all couples.

Certain elements of your decor can be upgraded and customized. After you book your date, schedule a time to speak with our stylist to hear more about the options!

Your beautifully designed and delicious mini cake will be a 6 in one tier multi layered cake. We can make accommodations gluten and vegan dietary restrictions.  An increase in pricing may be required.  Will will make sure to have boxes to take any remaining cake home with you!
